Spaces.
The Commons has a number of unique spaces that can fill a variety of needs: from classrooms to a large, multi-use auditorium. Read about our spaces below, and check out the floor plan at the bottom of the page to see how it’s all laid out. Our spaces are available Monday-Saturday. Our calendar fills up fast so make sure to send in a request as soon as you start planning!
Auditorium.
The crown jewel of our spaces, the Auditorium is a multi-use space that has become our most popular spaces. This room has hosted banquets, concerts, conferences, and even the symphony. The Auditorium is equipped with state of the art audio visual tools to help make your event stand out. Our friendly Host and Tech staff will help make sure every detail is covered so your guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Basecamp Wing.
We call our classroom wing Basecamp. It is a fantastic collection of spaces with a variety of rooms to fit your needs. Check out our classrooms if you are planning a training, meeting, or breakout space for your event. More information on each room is listed below. Several rooms are also designed specifically for childcare (Wigglers, Wobblers, Leapers, and Mission/Quest). Learn more and check out pictures here!
Lobby.
Our lobby is a fantastic space where your guests will enter, feel welcomed, and get directed to your event. For our larger Auditorium events, this lobby is a great place for guests to check in, get registered, and many more things.
Summit.
Our Summit room is designed to meet your larger classroom needs. This space can be one large room, two medium size rooms (with a hallway down the middle), or four small classrooms. Our

Venture / Expedition / Frontier
These medium to small size classroom spaces are ideal for small meetings, breakout rooms, and
Childcare Spaces.
Wigglers / Wobblers / Leapers / Mission / Quest
These spaces are designed for age specific childcare. These are available on an event-to-event basis. Fill out the Request form to ask about your unique idea.
Parking Lots.
You’d think a parking lot wouldn’t be exciting to have, but ours has been a hit! We have a number of groups that use our parking lot, lawn, and field acreage. There’s some things that work and some that don’t. Feel free to fill out the request form to ask about your unique idea.
Spaces Not Available.
Office Wing / Ridge
Unfortunately there are some spaces in the building that are not available for rent due to their specific use restrictions. These spaces include the Office Wing and Ridge room.
